Patient Appointments
Appointments are booked by written referral from a licensed physician only. To expedite the referral, please ensure that all supporting documents are included with the request for consultation including appropriate blood work, urine tests, diagnostic imaging studies and/or previous relevant clinical notes. Referrals are trained ad booked based on nature of the illness or clinical history. Urgent urologic issues are seen on average within 1-2 weeks whereas less urgent or non-urgent urological may wait on average 4-6 weeks but can often be longer. The booked appointment time and date will be sent back to your referring physician who should then notify you of the time and date.
For patients who are referred through the Emergency Department, my office will contact you directly to book an appointment once we have received all the necessary clinical information. You will typically be seen within 1 week or in the next available appointment.
If you are a new patient, please arrive at your appointment approximately 10 minutes early to fill out my patient questionnaire. It can be filled out in advance here.
